  I recently started using Adobe Audition to do simple records (a song, a guitar) I've been using this program for about a week now and out of no where, when I get about 1-2 minutes in editing, I get an error message saying "adobe audition has stopped working" and it closes the program.  IM done any Assembly developed, just some reverb and some changes in level.  I'm using a mixture between scarlett plugins and effects that come with the program.  I'm on a PC with windows 8.1 and all my drivers and updates are current, whose hearing was last updated.  This problem occurred before and after the most recent update of the CC.  Ive tried to restart the computer and ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program.  I may not yet be in the long enough to make a shortlist of the most recent settings ive been using.

  I have Adobe CS6 Suite installed on my computer at home.  It is an older machine of Windows 7 that Microsoft cannot be upgraded to Windows 10.  They offer a good deal with a machine Windows 10.  The problem is the Suites from Adobe CS6 for educators.  I installed a CD - this isn't a creative Cloud version.

  I don't want creative cloud because I'm going for long periods of time that I don't have access to the internet.

  How can I transfer my mobile version of CS6 to a new computer?

  You must install using installation files... your CD should be sufficient, unless you don't have a disk drive available - the serial number of the disks will be required in all cases.  If you need to download the installation files you can find them through the links below.  Your license allows you to have two active facilities, so if you do want to install Windows 7 as a backup (at least until you are sure the new install works), you can.

  I searched on the internet the entire solution, but I can't find anything that works for me.

  -Give everyone the permission on the folder of the installer is mining his record to

  If all else fails then re - download the software and then try and install it after you run the Cleanup tool.

  Many people find such problems with CS6 in El Capitan. There will be no update for CS6, it has reached its end of life.

  You must go back to the previous version of the operating system, or upgrade to creative Clud.

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time. (lightroom is the exception because it is a product of multi platform, so it can be installed on the pc and mac platforms)
