  I've used all the steps described on the forum (restarting the PC, downloading the application using Adobe again clean tool) and without success. I even tried to install Photoshop CS5.1, but it goes with the same error.

  I have currently Fireworks CS6 installed, I managed to install several months passed without problem. However, when I try to uninstall it, it shows me as an error message:

  After using the own Adobe tool, I checked the natural logarithm of its release and he mentioned he could not find a "caps.db" in the Common Files/Adobe/caps / folder under Program Files or Program Files (x 86).

  Oh my God, I just thought to it.  It had to do with the fact that there is version 5.5 of Adobe Media Encoder installed. I removed that and it worked.

  I have a problem with a deployment CS6 Design and Web Premium,

  With the help of Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition 3.1 on a Windows 7 SP1 32 bit, I create a 32-bit deployment by selecting all products to install, the program creates the deployment successfully without error.  Then, I try to install the deployment by running the MSI silently.  She starts to install ok, watching the C:\Program Files\Adobe, new folders are created during the installation, for example Bridge CS6, Dreamweaver CS6.  It must then meet a mistake and start to recede and uninstalls the previous items.  Research in the journal PDApp.log, it shows the following

  I am trying to install on a 64-bit computer to Windows 7 with 16 GB of RAM and 361 GB of disk space.

  I installed Photoshop CC (2015) before this question and Lightroom CC (2015) after this issue so it doesn't seem like a problem of firewall/internet on my end. I install InDesign as I type.

  I looked around on Google but I was not able to find a solution that seems to do the trick. I tried to uninstall/reinstall and pretty much has the same error. Whenever reference is made to the folder Extras Cool and legal case. The scripts folder was mentioned on a few attempts but not others.

  I looked at running the Adobe Creative Cloud Clean Up tool but only Photoshop, Lightroom and the creative cloud to appear under individual programs, Illustrator is not listed.

  Any help or ideas would be really appreciated because I'm stumped as to what to do next. Thanks in advance for your help and your time.
