What email program are you using? There should be a place in the program to block spammers. Some you can right-click on the message or the sender and block them from there. Unfortunately this is useful if you are getting emails from one or more senders.

I have my home page the value display "+ top sites". I currently have websites that I do not use and my opening page is cluttered. How to delete these pages?
Right-click, and then click on delete if it's just 1 or 2.
Else go to Favorites | Show all bookmarks to open the Manager, then you can select one, hold down the CTRL key while you select other, then delete. Alternatively, you can open bookmarks with CTRL + SHIFT + B Manager

Some "bad guys" advertisers use a pop-up dialog box that says 'Press OK to continue' or something in that sense. I know that the OK button will be an action that I don't want to leave, but the advertiser operates something in Firefox to infinitely generate dialog boxes again, whenever one is closed, until I press OK. Meanwhile, the Firefox browser does not allow me to close the offending tab or the faulty browser window, so my only escape is the Task Manager. After that is the case I can't restore my previous session because this session contains the hijacker.
I've included a URL that generated a popup that had this behavior, but it may or may not appear repeatedly, and it seems many other places as well.
Please take measures so that dialogue may not prevent a tab or a closed browser.
WARNING: Suite link in "URL of affected sites" can result in unpleasant behavior such browser as described above.

There is a bug filed to prevent infinite loop alerts, and until it's resolved, you can install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13176 that resolves this.

emails are sent to all the addresses in my address book, seek. How can I stop. Yahoo SBCglobal account
Hello
Check with the help of your e-mail account, because they can also help if the emails are actually
sending your account which is actually probably not. More likely, the spammers have
a copy of your contacts or a copy of an email sent to these contacts.Proceed to a very thorough check for malware and then change your password by e-mail.
It is possible for a person to send the email that 'seems' to be of your
account but that is not really - called "Spoofing." That means its 'Possible' emails
were not really you, although they may have your contact list. Have someone
who receives the e-mails to check the header to see where he is actually sent by and

My junk mail is to get term with mail that is sent using my email addresses. How can I stop this?
I can't block emails from myself, I sometimes need to send things, so I got them at a later date.
I know that I can view the source of the message, but I just want to stop this garbage that runs through for me.
Can anyone help?
There is not really a way to do it. Just like you cannot block spam from your mailbox home - anyone can send you mail and anyone can use a false address 'return' that makes it look like it came from you.
In fact, it is incredibly easy (only 10 letters typed) to send an e-mail that looks like it comes President @ whitehouse.gov. That's how spammers do, because there is no check on email (I wish the people who invented the email 40 years ago had thought of that), but it is not just.
