  Thank you very much for your answers. As you suggest, I went to the help/updates and found that 3 points were scored update, Manager, 13 Photoshop and first elements 13 elements. On a hunch, instead uncheck one of them, I thought I'd see what would happen to let update all 3. It took a while, but, long story short, stopped the happy Vangogh and everything seems fine.   Tap on the area actually taking a picture of. For example, if you take a photo of someone int eh the room and the bottom is very light (or dark), tap on the face of the person to turn to that.

  Unless you have jailbroken your iOS devices, there are no viruses that can infect them. Sounds like PayPal tries to return the ball.
