Three days ago, I've been accused creative cloud without my knowledge. How can I get refund?

Three days ago, I had the annual subscription without any previous communication.

I did the one year subscription but I didn't want any renewal.

I'm at the Bank to be sugested to manage as a fraud operation.

I don't see anyway to get in touch with Adobe.

I am amazed that I have to enter a public forum to handle this delicate situation.

I hope someone can get in touch with me until I return the my Bank to declare that Adobe has charged my credit card without my consent
