I'm trying to downgrade my laptop Windows 7 Edition Home Premium to Windows XP. How can I do this?

Dear Sir.

I use a computer dell laptop with the windows 7 Home premium operating system. This operating system is installed by dell, when I bought the laptop. Now, because of my technical software (connected to the electrical & electronic engineering software application) goal I want to change Windows XP service pack 2 operating system. But while I'm trying to install windows xp my system shows that the most recent version available in your pc. Because of that I could not able to format my drive c also. Please suggest me how to install windows xp on my laptop.

Before you go to the Dell support website and search the Windows XP drivers for your specific model number. Using your Dell's Service tag number is the fastest way to get the correct drivers.

If there are drivers Windows XP download, then all the (each in its own file name: drivers card mother/chipset, SATA, Firewire (1394), LAN, USB, Audio, Etc., and so on) and then burn all the files of driver on a CD or a DVD.

If no XP driver is listed for you brand and model, then probably XP does not work on your laptop.
