  No, no, no.  Just go to file > save as newfilename.html.  Repeat with the other pages of the site.

  In my workplace, I use Firefox version 5.0.1 on Windows XP. When you access pages on the Web site http://www.sqa.org.uk (it is used the website of my place of work), pages refresh approximately every 30 seconds to a minute, and a sign # is added at the end of the URL in the address bar.

  This does not occur on all other sites, but it occurs also with colleagues who also have the same version of Firefox. I have disabled the extensions, had removed then reinstalled Firefox but the problem just occurred.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  In order to have the link in your pop-up menu in a separate tab, you need to change the Menu Type to manual and enter the navigation links. Select the item menu, and then in the hyperlink field in the Control Strip, check the box that says open the link in a new window or tab.   The download should go in the home folder of your Web space. And there should be a file named index.htm or .html. If you have created a subfolder in your personal directory and uploaded your files, when you type the web address in a browser, you will need to type www.mywebsite.com/subfolder.
