  Right-click on the user presets in the Panel of Presets in develop module, and then choose Import > navigate to the location where are stored the your presets > select the .lrtemplate files to import.

  Last night, I tried to install ConvertCalc - CodeThought, Inc. the OS5 version, and it blue-screened my office. (XP Pro)

  Now, Hotsync Manager does not - either at startup, or if I try to start it manually.

  I uninstalled Palm Desktop (v6.2.2) and tried to re - install, but when it comes to HotSync Manager, it crashes with the error in the subject line.

  You have said that delete you apps and did not uninstall them. It's the reason why you see these apps installed.

• Is there anyway to list user presets to develop popup for LR 6?

  In Lightroom 4 develop, I could select multiple images in the film from bottom, then right click and work in the menus to apply a pre-selection of many images at once. Lightroom 6 CC does not list the presets any longer.  Is there a switch to turn on this behavior?  I brag about this feature to a friend and he started a trial and the feature is now gone.  If there is no going back in this feature, is there another way to apply presets to multiple images? (These screenshots are saved with the resolution, PS LOW setting and they are still good!)

  In the develop module, Multiple select the images in the Filmstrip-

  Click the Auto Sync ignition switch.

  Everything that you develop is applied to ALL the images, Presets, the tool settings, etc. !

  

  Instead of the "pop-up" just use presets in the left side panel Presets as with any development edition.

  I put a DVD in my computer. It plays fine in Windows Media Player. When I transfer to Windows Movie Maker Live, three things happen: 1) the thumbnails are all the same - the first image. (2) the movement is slow. I tried it accelerates, but it is simply not the movement in real time - either too slow or too fast. (3) the soundtrack plays for a fraction of a second.

  What is the problem and how to fix it?

  I converted DVD to WMV format. This fixes the movement of the image and I can hear the music (not quite synchronized), however the thumbnails are still just the first image. In addition, every single feature that I blow (editing, effects, forwards, etc.) the picture freezes and yet the soundtrack plays again.

I have reset factory default in the preferences and removed and re-installed on my Macbook, but they are still there.

  First, make sure the taskbar don't are not "locked"...
  Right-click on an open space of the taskbar > make sure there is no checkmark at "lock the taskbar".

  Now, make a left click inside of a space open to the taskbar and HOLD > drag the slider down until he goes back down > drop PREY > lock the taskbar. For the benefits of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.

  I check both 'Activate profile Corrections' and 'remove the Chromatic Aberration' and save it under a new preset development.

  After you import files with this preset the "Activate the Corrections in profile" is checked but the the "Remove the Chromatic Aberration" is nothing of done.

  Anyone else having this problem or knows what I'm doing wrong?

  This is a known bug in Lightroom 6.2/6.2.1 and Lightroon CC 2015.2 and 2015.2.1. You can go to Photoshop family customer community and find the thread where this issue is discussed and add your name/vote to fix this bug.
