  You mean both JPG and RAW file after importing from a camera memory card? There is a setting in LR preferences to process the JPG images next to RAW files as separate photos. It is under the general tab of preferences. By default, this option is not checked.

  Try to buy Adobe software off of eBay or similar sites/vendors is not allowed is extremely risky and not a good idea...  A few years ago Adobe has ceased to recognize these valid purchases because of all the false elements

  I need to reinstall Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Production Premium on my OSX 10.9.5 (Mavericks). CS6 bought as an upgrade for my CS5.5. I can't reinstall CS5.5 because it does not appear to support the new OSX (the installer won't work). CS6 appears to be able to install, but when I enter the serial number, it says that I need CS5.5 already installed.

  When you go to activate CS6, it should indicate that your serial number is valid but cannot find a product calling it on the machine (it would be CS5.5).  There is a selection list where you select the previous version (CS5.5) as well as an entry where you enter the serial number for this older version.

  This is not a point of contact for Adobe - these are public/user to user forums.  As I mentioned in my previous post... What chat online, make sure that you are connected to the website of Adobe, have cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.

  Bill supposed to first Pro CC (not CS6) response. Windows of Premiere Pro CS6 version does not support OpenCL for accelerating GPU of MPE. Therefore, there is no "opencl_supported_cards.txt" file in the folder of Premiere Pro, and the code to OpenCL is disabled permanently in all versions of Windows from Premiere Pro CS6. So, for your over-pants M6100 Premiere Pro CS6 will be permanently locked to only software MPE mode. (Acceleration GPU of MSES in the Windows of Premiere Pro CS6 version is limited to the CUDA only, which means that only NVIDIA for GPU - no AMD over-pants or GPU Radeon support CUDA at all.)

  I'm sorry Sylvia but you must make sure the default language for your operating system is set to French.   You must then remove and reinstall the Creative Suite 6.  Meanwhile, there is a chance that you could invalidate your trial period.  I would recommend that you continue to evaluate the software in English or that you install on a different computer with the default language set for the French.
