  I assumed that you had a digital signature created in your player application of old and whenever you use to fill out a pdf with a signature field signed you it. But in order to draw and then sign you must use Acrobat Pro DC no DC drive.

  Today, I tried to install the HP deskjet 3510 e printer - all - en - a series that I bought.   I have an old Compaq Presario from two years.  Because Compaq made by HP, I purposely bought a thinking HP printer there is less risk of incompatibility problems and he had problems, it would be easier to solve.  Booklet that came with the printer indicates clearly "software media" is guaranteed for 90 days and the printer is guaranteed for technical support by telephone for six months.  When I tried to install the printer using the supplied cd, I received a message stating that the printer could not be installed for the following reason:

The HP person put me on hold if he could talk to his supervisor.  When he returned, I heard this amazing statement: "my supervisor gave me the permission to sell a software support package from $99 to you so that we can solve your problem.  When I expressed how outrageous it is that I had to buy a support package to solve an old problem with a printer of 2 day or to just find out what model of HP printer should I buy instead, he became and insulting.  He sneered, he couldn't believe that I didn't know what a technical support package is and that I had corrupted software on my computer.  (Football game screaming) conversation went downhill from there.  I do not know what organization Government contact and I'll make this arrogant type of scam dispicable of a so-called miserable company.  In the meantime, since I have to have a printer for my business if someone out there knows what type of printer compatible with my pc, please let me know.
