  Create the "Checkbox" element in the element Wizard is really designed to generate a list of boxes to check... a set of controls that allows you to select 1... N of N items by checking boxes.

  If you want one, you can use this wizard, with a STATIC LOV, which consists of a single name/value pair. So you would do something like:

  Recently trying to solve a problem with double emails from Thunderbird to a particular account, I accidentally deleted this account and lose all my files a lot, a lot. I managed to resurrect some using Webmail, but many have been lost. I see that I have 6 ISP files in the folder profiles/Mail: mail.bigpond.com, then mail.bigpond - 1. and on mail.bigpond - 5., the latter is so the new account, I put in place after losing the previous. I checked all the mail.bigpond - 4. I found Inbox.sbd and it contains the missing files.

  Why are there so many files like this? Should I not I need one? I need to use the one with the missing files. How can I go about restoring it?

  You should make sure that there are no mail that you want to keep in a any of these other folders before you delete.
  Also create a full backup of your profile before you delete something and create backups on a regular basis in the future.
