  If the version of Vista Ultimate, downloadable language packs are available through Windows updates. Once these are installed, then you have the option to change the language.

  If you do not have Ultimate it may be useful to buy an upgrade to Windows 7 (no point to upgrade to Vista Ultimate now that 7 is available) and the installation of the English.
