  To install MS Money Plus Deluxe on my new Windows 8 PC and it worked OK.  The 2-month window expired to activate it.  I tried to turn it on, but it did not recognize my product key and it has stopped working.  How can I activate it?

  For several weeks now, I couldn't access my Money 2007 file.  When I type my Windows Licve ID and password, it says that they are inaccurate, which is not true because I use them all the time to access the internet and my e-mail address.  I went to Microsoft and downloaded Microsoft Money Plus Sunset Deluxe thinking he was support issue with a program abandoned, namely MS Money 2007.  (I'm using Windows XP as my operating system, by the way.)   Well, it wasn't the problem.  Yes, I can get into the new program, but I can't import my existing file of 2007 money in it.  There is always this conflict Live ID and password.  Why is this happening?  I noticed that others had the same problem.  I tried to change my Live ID, nothing helps.  It seems that the ID and password correct combination is incorporated into the backup file and the program does not accept it.  Y at - there a way to UN-embed in the file so it can be accessed and imported?  I have a lot of info and there is no way that I can remember every detail to be reintroduced in the memory.  I need this program!  Help.!

  I've been using MS Money for many years and my last version is money Plus Deluxe.  I know that MS has stopped all support and online functions were also arrested.  I usually always get all my transactions manually so that was never a problem.  Until today.  For some reason that I can move my account balance etc.  What it does allow me to, is to enter into a new transaction.  What is happening and it is a PC problem or a MS completely stop this?  I have restarted my pc., backed up my accounts, but I can't add a new checking account transaction.  Help.

• Why my Microsoft Money Plus program keep crashing?

  In the last two weeks, whenever I go to Microsoft Money Plus, this may work a few minutes but then I get a display error box saying that Microsoft have a problem and the program must be closed.  On several occasions, I clicked 'Send error report' Microsoft but nothing has been resolved so far.  I think that money, more is no longer maintained by Microsoft but I do not need things online, just a basic House represents the package.  I have used for a while and don't want to lose the information it is.  Please can review you - I find it very difficult to manage my finances without it, especially in this time of the year.  Thank you for your help.
