  What operating system is involved? Assuming that Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit for now.

  There is a known No Disc error associated with the elements first 13/13.1. The Adobe fix is the removal or disabling of the OldFilm.AEX file. Let us determine if this applies to your situation.

  The file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFIlm.AEXOLD is located in the path of 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 of

  Adobe Premiere Elements 13

  Plug-ins

  NewBlue

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming in OldFilm.AEXOLD.

  I have the first 13 (bought on Amazon 1-2 years) elements. I have the box it came, and it is installed on my computer. It seems that I need another activation code because we have maximum number of computers, on which it may be. First of all, how computers can be on? Secondly, how can I simply buy another activation code? Still once, I don't need the software, just another code to get this to work on my new PC.

  • Serial numbers (what you call activation codes) are necessary to enable the software to use.
  • You can install the software on as many computers you like, but you can enable it only for use on up to two computers at the same time, and you cannot use a version on both
  • You can install it on your new PC, but you can not activate it with your existing serial number until that deactivate you it on one of your other computers
  • Adobe sells only the current version of their software. Premiere Elements is currently in version 14. Thus, you can not buy a serial number for version 13 of Adobe. However it is perhaps not necessary if all you need to do is toggle between computers activations.

  After some correct initialization of software (start up), we will say I used it 5 times with success, the next launch of first Elements 10 shows

  complain in a popup window:

  "An incomplete set of materials (instant film, title - and menutemplates for example.). has been installed. To install all of the complete content, insert

  your DVD content or download content from the internet.

  You want to install the content now? »

  My only solution is to uninstall the DVD content completely and reinstall!

  That's mean! It will take only 15 minutes to do and certainly isn't a correct behavior!

  I'm running the latest version and checked updates!

  If someone could help me correct this serious fault, I would really appreciate...

  Same thing happened for me using Windows 7 64 bit. Given that the content has been installed in Program files (x 86), I moved the content to the folder in Program Files/Adobe first Elements 10. She merged the elements contained in the existing folders. Then I turned off the error message telling me that I had no content. Seems to work fine and I have now everything from loading when I start the program.

  I checked the firewall and security settings and privacy and allowed each program and the site that seem relevant to me.  I have six days left to validate my program.  Is there anything else I can do to connect?  Validation in offline mode doesn't seem to be an option, as the notification is essentially devoid of links.

  I'm in the middle of a project to import, and my 12 items has become corrupt because I uninstalled Photoshop elements 12.  I need to download 12 EP recorded, under license, paid for but the link I found (products download Premiere Elements | 10, 11 and 12) does not appear to offer it in English?

  If you have purchased from Adobe directly, you should be able to get a new set of installation from the web site of Adobe files 'my orders '.

  Have you been there and done that?

  When you do this, you need to download two files, the exe (the smallest file, Adobe Download Assistant) and the .7z file (the larger file, one for the program itself). You need both. The smallest is Adobe Download Assistant. There may be more than one set of files to select from Adobe. If you have

  Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64 bit, you want to make sure that you see "64-bit" somewhere in the title of the files you select to download.

  Once these files on the computer, follow the instructions, if you have not configured for automatic opening of the 7z file.

• Impossible to install first 10 items of download

  First of all, I have Win7 (32) so there should not be problems such as those related to 64 or Macs. I ordered 10 Photophop and first elements 10 download on Adobe education store.

  Received the email w / serial # s and the link with my purchasaes. Photoshop Elements was included (with S/N) with a download link. The Prime Minister was also listed (w / S/N), but without any link to download (says 'not applicable'). So I continue with Photoshop and everything's fine. When you are prompted, go S/N for Photoshop Elements, and it is. But there is never an indication of how to use the first number. I try a cat, but technology can't stop (after about 40 minutes). We're leaving "you should have seen a second box to put in S/N" to "supporrt call." But as phone people are not really 24/7, I thought I would try you guys.

  Well, after two cats (not very useful) and two support calls, I finally got it! No one could explain what was going on and we tried so many ideas, I don't know which was THE fix! The good news is that the last time I tried to download for Win7 32 bit, it worked like a charm!
