I got the e-mail from "Toshiba", but don't know what it means.

"Your support subscriptions updates on the Web from Toshiba site has been updated. "If you want to manage your updates to support in the future, you can use the link below:
The "link below" they mention me takes just a site where I connect and then I show the model of my Toshiba A305-S6825. It does show me not all subscriptions, etc.
Where would I go to see these updates to the subscription? I have connected to my Toshiba page, but I see nothing on subscriptions, etc.
Everything is very confused.
