Receives a STOP error: 0xc0000007b & can't open Internet Explorer to download available updates.

Original title: safe mode

Hello

I recently installed norton antivirus 2011 on my computer toshiba laptop, detected the various threats and dealt with, but he also always tried to deal with threats constantly through autoprotect. as a result of all of this that I could not open internet explore to download available updates even if I could send and receive e-mail with outlook express, I tried to uninstall norton, but was still unable to open ie, I re installed norton and still the same.

I also tried a restore of the system without success. Then, I read on a forum on the attempt at analysis in using msconfig and not F8 safe mode. This stoppped the laptop completely. now it shows just a black screen with options to start in normal mode or in safe mode, when you press F8, the following text is displayed on a black screen

Windows Advanced options

safe mode

safe mode with networking

line withcommand in sans-echec mode

Enable Boot logging

enable vga mode

last known good configuration

directory services restore mode

debug mode

disable the automatic restart in the event of system failure

Start windows normally

reset

return to the operating system choices menu.

When I select the option of automatic reboot disable a blue screen with the following error codes displayed

stop: 0xc0000007b (0xf8c66528, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

is there any way back from that. ? I downloaded the bitdefender recovery system on my desktop on another pc and it has burned to a disc, but it will not work in computer laptop th!

Before all this happened, that I was able to access the internet ok, but does not open some sites like microsoft, norton, mcaffee, and when you try to connect to the internet banking I also had security problems.
