I received a questionable e-mail claiming to be Windows Live Mail team.
This week I received an email from microsoft windows mail team (* address email is removed from the privacy *) it says: "hotmail has discovered a series of illegal attempts on account of a bad ipLocation and don't close your account, as it has been reported as a spam account. "You are to complete the form below by clicking on the button answer on your page, fill in the correct information and carefully." It was the meesage. The news that I had to fill out was: 1. name, username, password, date of birth and country or territory. I did that because it seemed really authentic. After I sent the form there was a message at the end that says, your account will not be interrupted will continue as usual. Thanks for your attention to this request.
The next day, I was not able to connect to my e-mail account. I contacted microsoft support team by completing the form on my problem which was, I think someone is using my email. Some of my email contacts received saying: I'm stuck in Cyprus that is why I need their financial help. The title of this message was "Very Urgent". Which was a lie. They come back to me asking to answer questions carefully so that they can identify the account as mine. I tried my best and finally today I received a link to reset my password. I did successfully, but there is a problem that my email is no longer English but Arabic. I can read the mail, but it is difficult to use other options because they are in Arabic. Help, please.
This may help: in this page. You will need to enter your password to get there, then select English from the list and press enter.

Can't find an answer
Under 'My Questions', to the question "can't preview before printing in Windows Live Mail?", it shows"last reply December 22, 2011 | by frank dem", but when I click it, it isn't there."

This is because it was deleted December 22, 2011. Looks that they cited just your original post, so she was removed because she had nothing to do with the thread.

I received an email that appears to come from the Windows Live team and contains MSN icons. It is said that it is the final notice about a update of 2011 and asks I answered and confirm several pieces of personal information within 2 weeks or my account will be permanently closed. He asked that I come home from a series of letters to confirm the validity of the email. It is said that it is because there is a change in the service. This is spam and if so, how to report, because there certainly seems genuine, but looks very suspicious. The sender is * address email is removed from the privacy *.

I noticed a very bad trend of Windows Live Hotmail to generate the message, ' theSession has been exceeded' when I try to log into my email account. It occurred when I just connected to my Hotmail account & need to reconnect, but also does not happen when I was offline for several hours and then try to connect to my Hotmail account.
It quickly became more than a bother, and it got to a point I think seriously, just to close my Hotmail account altogether and go with another provider, or just use my ISP as my main email service. It is enough, I will wait, wait and wait, Windows Live Hotmail bad to take its * old time to throw up its ads before I can even open an email in my Inbox!
How about it Microsoft? Care to explain this absurd mess?
