I reinstalled Photoshop CS and now it won't turn on. How can I use the software?

I tried to reinstall my Photoshop CS software (Yes, I know, it's very old) and it will not be triggered because the servers are down.  How can I get it work?  I need to open my psd files.  Can anyone help?

Thank you!

For CS/CS2 activation servers had problems and Adobe taken down.

Here is the link that you will find what you need at: error: "Activation Server unavailable". CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3 follow the instructions carefully.
