I removed my Microsoft account, now I can't access my laptop, HELP!

I got a new laptop from windows 8 and made the customization of it. Make my profile and started as a Director. I also have at the same time asked me to do a Microsoft account. I did not understand what it was for, and I deleted it after a day or two. Now that I've played with the computer some I went to download some applications more on my laptop to find out that I sign my Microsoft account to do so. Unfortunately I can't do now, and I can add the account because it says that my original email address is no longer available. Since it is the one that I used to link my profile for I don't know what to do now to make changes to my laptop. I can't even access my profile on my laptop to make changes as he wants my Microsoft Connect account you who says it's different then that I am logged as long as and that I should sign out and resign with this password! Help! I don't want to back to factory setting, but that is my only recourse now?

Thank you
Mona

Hi Mona,.

1. how exactly did you removed your Microsoft Account?

2. you receive an error message or error code?

I suggest you try to access the site - Web

https://login.live.com/

If you are able to connect then try to reset the password and check.

You can also try scoring in the other user accounts on the computer as well.

If so, then try to change the password of your user account by logging into another.
