I thought I had cancelled a few days to join, as I wanted only the free clipart.  Now I find that I am in charge each month, and there is a large cancellation fees.  What can I do?

How can I talk to someone in the accounts to stop a payment taken or charges applied when I had sent the message through in the days of the original request cancellation?
