  Hello, my computer is having a lot of problems, which started last night. Here are the things that are run:

  -Windows Explorer does not respond
  -Computer cannot disconnect correctly: down/restarts when I close the computer says "disconnect" for hours.

  Hi JDSoor,

  Thanks for posting. Two or more instances of the service Msiexec.exe cannot be launched at the same time for two different products. An install or repair processes should finish before the other process can be launched. Go to processes in the Manager of tasks (so press CTRL ALT + DELETE) then press the processes tab and look for to MSiexec.exe and press "end process." You may need to do more than once.

  The iPad does not have a SIM card. Most are wifi only.  The USB jack on the side of a machine very likely does not provide enough current to recharge an iPad. Use the power supply provided 2.1 watts (if you have one - if it isn't get a).

I even touched option "last known functioning blah" same result, in order to take me from here, can you tell me where I can d/l a boot disk, maybe try this way or help me somehow. Oh yes, I even went to the symtom of the dell F12 screen tree and all tests passed. Past the same one who is named after my specific problem "OS does not load" test lasted a little more than 2 hours and as I said, I don't understand, but I don't know I need to get at least one more time and send me some files or burn at least they are very extreme inexplicably signifigant.

  You want the cd/dvd-rom on top and the hard drive listed then, then the order is not serious.

  With removing usb devices listed earlier, when items are fixed, as a printer with a card inside, iPod, etc., the computer tries to boot from them. Is usb all devices are removed except for the keyboard and the mouse, the computer should boot normally.

  Make these changes in BIOS allow you to keep the printer and the attached iPod.

  Since it works fine in safe mode, I suggest you to try to perform the clean boot to safe mode and check if it helps:
