  I quite often download or listen to a radio show which is broadcast live every Sunday morning and the program is available to download (mp3 file) or listen to (asx file) until the new program is broadcast a week later.  I have rarely listen to the program when it is broadcast live, but sometimes listen live on other programs of that station with no problems.

  Turn off and turn on the feature in Windows Media Player, turn on or off.

  (a) click the Start button, select Control Panel, click programsand then click Windows turn on or off features. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  (b) to enable a Windows feature, select and expand the functionality of media, check the CheckBox next to the Windows Media Player. To turn a Windows feature off, clear the check box. Click OK.

  Later, turn it on and check if the problem is resolved.

  What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running?

  You cannot import a project file (.prel) in another.

  For now, generalize choice

  a. export your Timeline (your intro) content to a file saved on the hard drive of the computer. And then import that

  file in new projects by using the new project add Media/files and folders. See publish + Share/computer/and the other

  choices here to generate this file intro for later use in other projects.

  b. you can set up what is called a dummy projects - this is a project with nothing other than the intro file. And, at all times

  you want to use the intro, you open one of these saved dummy projects and add your media sources.

  A lot of things to discuss. Please fill in some details more and then we can refine the answer for your particular situation.

  Try to uninstall the old version - it is not necessary.  An upgrade is a product independent and fully functional.

  If you have installed the latest version of creative cloud Applications, then Yes, we can go ahead and uninstall the previous version of computer Applications.

  but after you have entered your serial number of cs5.5, the installer will search your computer for cs3.  Unable to find the Setup program will present a drop-down list of previous versions.  Select cs3.  you will be prompt to enter the serial number for cs3.

  Enter the correct number at the right time and proceed with the installation.

  You need to know whether the program is NEW and has never been installed or used for someone else has already registered the serial number

  Another factor is that the OEM software that was originally to be sold with the equipment are not legal to sell without the hardware and serial number can not activate

  So new, you should be able to do something you want... but older programs may not install at all if you have El Capitan Mac or Windows 10

  Bottom line is Adobe no longer supports old software, and nobody here can give you a firm answer

Installed the last FF (11) and realized how much my missing favorites are. I think the old version was 3. ???.   What you have to do is find the APPDATA folder on your old hard drive. This is usually a hidden folder. If you read your backup information, it will tell you where this folder is usually. Don't forget that need you to do this on your old drive (which if you plugged it into your new PC is probably not labeled C).

  Then, when you find this file, just drill down to your profile and you should have all of the files that are discussed in the recovery of data from an old profile. Then copy it into your new profile!
