You also backups of ALL the changes that Advanced SystemCare and Cleaner of registry CCleaner have or had ALWAYS made to your computer? [1]
If this is not the case, only a clean install of Windows can solve your problem now IMHO. No, a repair installation [upgrade on-site AKA] do not solve this problem.
================================================================
[1] your misguided use of all registry cleaners certainly plays a role here. TIP: If you still think again your registry database must be cleaned, repaired, amplified, to the point, healed, twisted, fixed, enlarged, "swept" or optimized (it isn't), read http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=28099 and draw your own conclusions. Update continues to try to install the upgrade of Windows 10 unsolicited
Since August 2 updater tried daily install Windows 10 upgrade on my computer. I didn't, and I don't want Windows 10 so far all attempts have failed, but how do you stop trying?
It is likely Win10 has already downloaded on your PC. If you are using windows 7 and have not installed win10 and do not, here is a procedure that I have several times and it works.
Take Windows Automatic Update
Task Manager, processes, find and put an end to GWX.exe
Control Panel, uninstall a program, see installed updates, WAIT a long time
Now enter KB3035583, uninstall it
Restart the PC
Disk Cleanup, step 2 for system - it takes some time
You should find a file that is about 5 G. It's the downloaded Win10 file
Delete
Restart
The start-up will take a while as he finished cleaning

I don't really know how old the webcam is, as this is where I downloaded the driver as the official Web site happy new year seem to take does not support the webcam more: http://www.laptop-gate.com/en/driver-usb-web-cam-solid-year-syc8368/
The driver .inf file indicates "this file contains information for installation of digital cameras NW800 for Windows 98/2000/ME."
Extract the files using a utility like 7zip to a temporary folder. Right click on Setup.exe in the folder and choose Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab, and in the drop-down list, choose either "Windows98 / ME ' or 'Windows 2000 '. Click on apply, OK and then double-click on it to run it.
It may or may not always work; It is a material that is quite old, built originally for Windows 95. Compatibility mode is your best bet, in my opinion.SC Tom

Original title: initialization error 112 Setup
1995 installed Kodak DC200/DC210 Zoom camera software.
Explanations with the error: decompress the program files not all charges.
Note: A message previous said that some files can not be installed at this time, because the areas have been used, and records still awaiting loading would be installed when the computer was restarted. (My phrase).
I may not be a problem, but I don't know how I would like to know whether the error 112 was relative to the previous announcement requirement of a restart or another unrelated with error 112.
Thank you
Destry
PS: You know; In appearance, it could be as silly a question as it seems... But I deal with my share of 'Error' messages, so I'll take the risk that the crazy and ask anyway.

Hi Destry,
1 windows operating system you are using?
If you use Windows Vista, it seems that the Kodak camera is not compatible with Windows Vista.
For more information, please visit the following links:

You can try to install the device in Windows XP compatibility mode and check.
