I unplug the printer and have to reinstall the software. Why?

Hello

I had my all in one Photosmart B110 for a few months and no problem. During the last two weeks, I turned off the printer or unplug it, every time I have to reinstall the entire software. Can someone please help me because it's a lot of your time? Thank you!!!

I've always had automatic updates and it was never a problem until a few days ago. Do you think I should still turn off?

The connectivity is not a problem that I have full signal and that you have completed relevant tests.

I use the clean Windows Firewall.

Thank you for your help. If all goes well, I can get to the bottom of this...

There were moments where the Microsoft updates and updates from HP and others caused inexplicable behavior of Windows operating systems. Computer chaos caused by updates have been in the news before.  Do a google search and see. Updates are a known causal event of problems and one thing ask us on when things do not quite work as expected.

It's much better that we take a glance to see what is updated instead of blindly trust that everything will be OK.  Check the download and let me decide option instead of the... of course, go ahead and install all updates. Be an informed PC user.
