I updated Office creative cloud trouble, what should you do?

Whenever I try to update after the download is almost finished, a box pops up saying that another creative cloud desktop is running and that I must leave this forum first, but I see nothing. I click try again, but nothing happens, what should I do?

Restart the computer and try to download again, if it does not work try the steps below.

You use Windows? If so, please open the press (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) Task Manager at the same time and click process. Check if all CCapp.exe or any other Adobe process works as MAO or MAO declaring, if yes to end the process and start the download once more.
