  Hello. On the attached screen, there is an optional action box to change PDF to Acrobat Pro. However, when I clicked on the option - and paid for the new feature - I did not notice so that I can use this feature. When I open Adobe Reader XI, I always get the screen with the button, but no function activated, edit my automatic billing has been charged for July and August for this editing feature. Depending on the type of game you will need to reinstall each game - this may mean to download again MSN. If they are browser based games simply to go to the MSN Web page for the game in the usual way.

  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

  Blocker is enabled in IE9, also tried Google Chrome and still get the pop up windows.  Popus mount on most but not all websites regardless of the browser used.  Most are a square add in the lower left corner - some with a VCR command prompt.  I don't know how to get rid of them.  I was wondering that if I had a virus that is allowing them to appear - especially since I also noticed that when I click on the links on some Web sites, the link is instead directed to something more than one character of advertising and not where it was supposed to go.  I use MS Security Essentials and also run Malwarebytes periodically.  Aslso ran "Microsoft SafetyScanner" and no sign of a virus or malware.  Someone at - it ideas?
