  Have you checked the first Pro CC 2015 requirements to see if your computer meets them?  If your sytem was short somehow the Desktop Manager it will list not by download.

  Suggest you follow the instructions below:

  • Quit Photoshop
  • Go to the location - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, find the file named sniffer.exe and move on desktop
  • Launch Photoshop and check again.

  My asus laptop has a processor of bridge of Ivy with graphics included HD and a 650 M NVIDIA graphics card.  Until I recently updated Photoshop CC, I was able to do 3d without problem in Photoshop as the 650M has 2 GB of video ram.  Since the update, Phtoshop selects the HD4000 Intel which has only 32 MB of video ram, so 3d is disabled.

  I tried the bios, even if I didn't photoshop update, and there is no default setting.

  I am running win 7 Home premium, 8 GB of memory

  Try to go into the application directory and rename it sniffer.exe to ~ sniffer.exe.  Then relaunch the application.

• I've updated my Adobe CC 2015 originally installed applications, but the next day they're back to their original version 0.0.

  I work on a Mac Pro 10.10.5 Yosemite at the end of 2013. We were on the phone with Adobe for a couple of hours trying to update. They found that my creative cloud Installer was not up-to-date applications, so they have been manually updated. Came this morning, the next day, and they have all been restored to their original version. The creative cloud keep track of what the latest version is with the apps on my computer and reinstall this version if the applications have been updated manually?

  Try restarting your computer host computer.

  We are always chasing a problem that causes upgrades to misbehave on some Lion systems until the host is restarted - there is a problem with our extensions (kexts) not being kernel not discharged and recharged properly, and that includes the component "vmmon" referenced in the error message.  The result is that your machine ends using the driver of vmmon version merged with the rest of the new version of the Fusion, and that leads to the vmmon version mismatch error you see.

  I had already downloaded the recent update on photoshop cc 2015 today without any problem, but could not enter the lightrm cc 2015 app update to download. Now, I get undefined error message.  How can I correct this situation so I can't enter the upgrade application correct ltrm.  I did leave the creative cloud on the office logo and no go.  I have a dell inspiron 386 computer with ie 11 is installed.  Have windows 7 hp.
