I want to add an MPEG 4 Audio for my Windows Media, but for some reason, that I'm not able. Can someone advise me please on what steps I'm missing?

I downloaded a song on itunes and you want to transfer to Windows Media in order to burn and play to my daughters in marriage.

I don't know how to import mpeg 4, so I can save in the library. All the solutions out there?

Hello
1. who is the operating system installed on your computer?
2. what happens when you try to add mpeg files on the Media Player 4?
3. How do you try to transfer files?
4. you receive an error message when you try to transfer the file?

5. What is the exact location where the file is saved?

You can save the file on the desktop or my music folder and then add it to the Windows Media Player library and check if you can play the file.
