I don't have a Micro SIM I want to switch between these phones (so I can choose my "daily driver"), but I am concerned about the effect of swapping phones will have a general user, both in terms of developer level.

  The latest version of iTunes (12.3.2) should be fine.  My only concern would be the one with 2 GB of memory you pouvez experience some performance issues with an important library (where the key factor is the number of items in the library rather than the disk storage they occupy).  Additionally, you may experience glitches reading occasional and/or slow when responses to changes in your library if the connection of the laptop and external hard drive USB2.0 rather than 3.0, especially if current to run a web browser or other applications in resources at the same time.

  However, earlier versions of iTunes are not likely to be significantly different in their behavior or performance (and some, indeed, could be worse).  My main iTunes system is a desktop Dell of the same vintage (though with hard drives and power supply replaced in the past two years)-running Windows 10 Pro 32 - bit with 4 GB of memory (3.25 GB usable) and works fine with the latest version of iTunes.

  I would certainly recommend ensuring that your library is all about external drive (see time user turingtest2 on do a split cell library for more information) and that you create and maintain an up-to-date backup of it (see backup your iTunes for Windows with SyncToy library).

  I use the SDK GoViral and I noticed that when my games connect to FB they often stop when there is a data connection to low - but its not extremely low (it allows me to browse and download files without interruption) it seems either cause my game to freeze or just load forever!

  If so it takes forever to load I press home (android) and close the game in the Task Manager, and then reopen it the game displays I am connected via FB.

  If I have a perfect connection status then I have about this problem. I also noticed that when I play games like candy crush or witch, I don't have this problem with low connectivity to bubble.

  Hi Gary. Is the message that you receive "Windows did not start successfully, a recent hardware change might have caused this?

  When you see this message you should be in the Advanced Options menu that is in Safe Mode, Mode safe mode with networking, last known good configuration ect... Using the top and the arrow keys on your keyboard scrolling to the last known good configuration work and then press ENTER. Let the computer ample time to start. If she does not always load windows restarts the computer. When the Advanced menu Options scroll mode safe mode with command prompt and press ENTER. Again, give time for windows to load. Command prompt window once charged will appear. Type or copy and paste the following command, and then press ENTER. Follow the prompts to perform a system restore.
