Secondly, I tried Java Uninstall Tool, it does state that "there is no old versions of Java on your computer. So I'm wondering can I just use "programs and features" it manually uninstall any version of Java, if I need to.

  I just bought and installed MS streets and trips 2013 Amazon. I had been using version 2005, which worked fine on my Windows 7 32-bit system. The initial installation balked because of a missing DLL and then he said to two updates to .NET. I installed what he asks, who turns out be the 15th.   Streets & Trips is a Windows Application and is not compatible to the unity of the ipad.  If you do not have a Windows computer, you might consider installing Windows on the ipad or return to the place you bought Streets and Trips and request a refund or an exchange for Mac software.

  An alternative for ipad is Google Maps or MapQuest

  When you use Streets and Trips, I can only delete a stop after that I have stop the GPS.  Icon stop delete is grayed out if the GPS is followed.  Is it the way it is supposed to work?

  Have you tried changing the location in the control panel?

  Method 1:
  If you have not tried to change the location in the Control Panel, try the following steps:

  a. open the Run window by pressing on Windows Key + R.

  b. open the Control Panel by typing the command in the run window.

  c. now click on region, then change location.

  d. on the tab location in the drop-down list select Canada location and then click OK to apply the changes.

  Method 2:

  Reset the Windows Store Cache.
  a. press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

  b. type WSReset.exe, and then click/click on OK.

  c. the information store now open and indicate the following: the cache for the store has been authorized. You can now browse the store for apps.
