• Zoom slider will save not open by default in the streets and travel 2013

  I can slide down from the search box in the map where the slide is displayed again, and then drag it upward making a full toolbar advanced.  When I save it full aperture zoom slider disappears when I opened a new card.  I changed all the default settings and think that I created a bug at the opening of the card once in the past.

  When you use Streets and Trips, I can only delete a stop after that I have stop the GPS.  Icon stop delete is grayed out if the GPS is followed.  Is it the way it is supposed to work?

  Streets & Trips is a Windows Application and is not compatible to the unity of the ipad.  If you do not have a Windows computer, you might consider installing Windows on the ipad or return to the place you bought Streets and Trips and request a refund or an exchange for Mac software.

• Streets and Trips 2013 key or product ID

  I just bought and installed MS streets and trips 2013 Amazon. I had been using version 2005, which worked fine on my Windows 7 32-bit system. The initial installation balked because of a missing DLL and then he said to two updates to .NET. I installed what he asks, who turns out be the 15th. NET updates and now when I try to run the program, it gives an error message licensing initialization error 0 x 80070005 and contact customer support. When I try to contact the customer service they want the product ID that is supposed to be on the box but he rejects every number I'm going home. I also installed on my laptop and the installation went well but when I try to use it he wants the product key in the form xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx for activation that cannot be found on the box label. What the * happens?

• MFC100.dll is missing... cannot run microsoft highway & travel... What do I do?

  Install a new version of microsoft highway & travel... When I try to start it up it says cannot start because MFC100.dll is missing from the computer.   partially solves the problem.  I still maintain that if Microsoft really cared, it would provide a free 24/7 real tech support and charge not $295 (CAD) to submit a technical support request problems they create themselves.  Sorry for the tone, I don't want to troll, I'm just mad for having spent the last 6 hours of my life trying to understand why a single redistributable that worked well has stopped working recently.

• Partially removed Microsoft Java CVE-2013-2423 security scanner

  I ran the Security Scanner version 1.0.3001.0 Microsoft and he has detected the malicious program JAVA/CVE-2013-2423 and indicated that it was partially removed.

  I deleted all my Win 7 Pro x 64 system Java programs and represented the program with the same results, only partial removal.

  I deleted all restore and backup points and the scan is represented with the same results.

  The scanner said three files were infected. But that doesn't tell you which files they are.

  There is no way to determine what should be deleted from the system. When you click on "View detailed results of the analysis" what you get is a pop-up with two columns: Malware and analysis of the results. Only in the column of malware: exploit: Java/CVE-2013-2423. The results of the analysis indicates: partially removed.

  The popup box also indicates: to view the manual steps, click the name of the virus, spyware or potentially unwanted software. When I click on the name of the virus, I get a Web page on the virus and it says it takes to remove programs, I did after the first scan, but the Scanner still shows its presence.

  I think Microsoft should modify this program to give the full path to the infected files.

  This is the first time I ran the Microsoft Safety Scanner. My internet security software is ESET Smart Security 7. I also run Windows Defender and SUPERAntiSpyware Pro, but none of these programs has detected this threat.

  Is there a solution to this problem?

  This problem has been resolved. Although I just updated to ESET Smart Security 6 at 7, I didn't run a scan complete with ESET SS 7 still. ESET SS 7 found and removed the threat.
