Please download the latest version of Acrobat XI of: Adobe - Acrobat: for Windows: Adobe Acrobat 11.0.11 Pro and Standard update - all languages.
You can apply the update manually. Please let me know if you face any problem.

Last Sunday I bought a creative cloud account, I paid for it, downloaded and when I tried to install it, it worked on. I don't know what's going on with her and I have not found an answer for my problem online.
