I want to cancel. your site takes me in circles, can I talk to someone to cancel our subscription. We had the creative cloud for more than a year. Apparently we were automatically subscribed for another year automatically? We do not want it more! How can I cancel?

I'm sorry that you had a frustrating experience trying to cancel your membership. John is correct that cancellations must be made by chat or telephone via the Customer Contact. Click on the blue button "Still need help" at the bottom of the linked page to reach a representative.
