I can't find the mail to "support" to put an end to my annual plan creative cloud photography.
I have no use for the part of the PS as a lightroom use only.

Even if Adobe employees are sometimes on the forums, it is above all a forum for users and not an official place to contact Adobe. (More, it's the show you have posted in, not a support forum, so I'll try to have a moderator your message to the appropriate place.)
There are ways to contact Adobe on its Web site. But first, have you tried this page? It shows you how to easily manage your account by yourself without having to try to contact Adobe.

I have Dreamweaver CS6 but want to update for cc, how ever I did mine and I sign in and upward at the site web adobe and want to use css Designer because with my courses, I do and they use CC. How can I get the upgrade with this new refund. Thank you
There is no way to update the version of perpetual license / DWCS6 drive to the creative cloud, they are two completely separate programs. There used to be a discount for the Creative Suite owners switch to CC, but that ship has sailed.

The best way to not add that an app is to subscribe to the single app plan in addition to your plan of photography. If you wanted more app then one, then you can move to the comprehensive plan for all.
