In order to change your plan, you must contact the support by call/chat for the cancellation of the current plan and then you can register for the different plan you need.

Even if Adobe employees are sometimes on the forums, it is above all a forum for users and not an official place to contact Adobe. (More, it's the show you have posted in, not a support forum, so I'll try to have a moderator your message to the appropriate place.)
There are ways to contact Adobe on its Web site. But first, have you tried this page? It shows you how to easily manage your account by yourself without having to try to contact Adobe.

In order to change your plan, you will need to cancel the current subscription and subscribe on the other.
Please contact customer service to cancel the subscription.

I have currently a photography plan CC, I this semester began at the College and would like to change / upgrade my account to a student account, I am unable to find how to do this in the Member area of the site.

Currently, I have unique implementation plan, but to change the photographer when the renewal date comes around that is 21 November 2014. The 24/7 support, it seems, is never opened. Someone at - it ideas. A fact all just cancel the old and start from scratch.

I can cancel your current plan now and you'll still have access until the end of your billing month. At this time, you can sign up for the new plan for access to Photoshop - continuous, you will need to log out of the desktop app and reconnect activate new members.
Please let me know if you want me to go ahead with the cancellation.

I bought the plan of photography and After Effects, without realizing that, as a student, I could get the plan of the student. I wish I could spend plans, but when I try to cancel my plans of course asked me to pay the cancellation fee. I am wary to do if I'll just come back and use the programs, with another plan that offers access to more applications. I would pay the same amount for the plan of the student I pay now for my current plan, so is there a way to circumvent the problem of cancellation charges and simply exchange plans?

You want to change a video resolution inside the first. Do not know how.
