I want to format my laptop, but there is a problem.

I want to format my laptop because the drivers failed - I tried all other solutions, but not in vain. The only solution is to format the device, but the problem is - there is no OS disk.

I've already contacted Microsoft about this, and they said I need to contact the manufacturer to provide an operating system, because it is an OEM version.

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15R N5510 (early 2011) with the warranty already expired - and because of that, I had trouble navigating around the Support Page, so I decided to go here instead.

Can someone help me with this problem? I just can't use my laptop the way that I've used it before and I really want to do and race with a format of fees. Please help, thanks.

4. restoration of the Bootable USB key:

If it does not work. Microsoft completed the single official source of the downloadable Windows 7 installation media for OEM license and has replaced with a non-functional tool that requires the intervention of a retail product key and rejects all OEM Dell product key a couple of weeks.

You will need to call Dell technical support to get a Dell Windows 7 reinstallation DVD.
