I want to install CS6 on our computer and it does not work.
If I install CS6 on a PC. I have three CD. It is an explanation of how to install, the second is to install the first part and the third is to install the second part. So I installed, everything is perfect, until I am asked to insert the second part in the cd player. Therefore insert I do and nothing happens. It says insert and click on continue, I click on continue and it tell me to insert it. Seems like if it detects her, quite bizarelly. Copy all installation files in the same directory on your desktop and install from your desktop.

I bought CS3 and LR2 nine from an apple store. I just moved to a new computer and it does not allow me to copy to my new without a product key. Adobe programs should be installed, they can be copied from one place to the other. If you do not have the serial numbers for these products, then you're probably out of luck to run again on any new installation. If you have the discs, then the serial number is usually on the disc cover.
If you purchase these items in an Apple store, they are not new... they are quite old.
I doubt that they say anything about you being the money you spent, more likely, they say they provide is no longer support for older products and you conclude are you the money you've spent - this isn't something rare to hear - it is unfortunate, but are not uncommon.

First and After Effects crashed.
I tried to uninstall the utility (Mac OS). Uninstalled is not for them (which has worked for other applications).
