I want to keep my current firefox session (which is about 50 lozenges) after I've updated my OS to Windows 7, how do I do this?

As above, I want to keep my current firefox session after I updated to Windows 7

The sessionstore.js in the your profile folder file stores your open tabs and windows. You can create a backup copy of this file and place it in your new Firefox profile.

To be very safe, it is a good idea to right-click on a tab and choose bookmark all tabs, and then create a backup copy of your bookmarks for more security.
