  Sounds you zoom a page by accident.

  You may have done this via Ctrl and - or keeping the CTRL key and turning the mouse scroll wheel.

  Do you know when this started?  The simplest solution because I have no idea of what is happened to cause this is to restore the system to a point BEFORE this problem started (and give it a a few days to be sure).  If you use Windows 7, see:http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html.   What indication you get from such a virus? Certain type of dialog pop up? What virus and/or malware software audit do you use?

  Where are you Adobe software download from? And for which product?

  The previous poster, you should check your system with a reliable malware detector to make sure that it isn't something to do with your system as some malicious programs installed!
