I want to reactivate my subscription

I have a student subscription plan and I had a problem of payment on April which was resolved last month, at least, it looks like to- as I have a new Bill of three days ago (6 May), but my subscription DIND reactivated. When I open any creative cloud application, is the message for the trial.

I've already waited more than 24 hours... but nothing happened. When I look at my bills it's March and then may... but not April...

I don't know what to do because I don't have any Adobe to call phone number. Only the cat...

Could you please help me? What can I do? Definitely, my subscription is cancelled? If so, why is the accused in may?

Please buy a new subscription to https://creative.adobe.com/plans
