I want to set the "latency time" on my map its Reltec to stop the delay on my lunch. Anyone know how I can do? Apparently I need to make it lower than 512 samples.

Available in media player option is to change the playback speed.

Change playback speed in Windows Media Player: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-playback-speed-in-Windows-Media-Player

You can also check with Realtek to see if there are options in the sound card's control panel to set the latency time.
