I want to talk to a human being and stop my subscription!
I keep going in circles on this site and I am sick and tired of him. Why can't I make a phone call or anything just CANCEL my subscription? Last month, I was charged twice for my monthly subscription, in an hour or two of each transaction. Then this month, I don't have the funds to cover my costs, even though I shouldn't have charged until December (or so I thought with two counts and all... silly me.) I went in circles month last for hours until they finally give up to contact someone about the double burden. Now, I'm tired. Cancel and fix the double charges. I don't want more with a simple phone call being something that adobe offers to their customers.
The images above show that there were two separate charges to my account, my Adobe account management and the other by my Bank.
Please just cancel my subscription. I'm done.
You had purchased CC in August 2015, the payments had been missing since September 2015, except a payment 6 October 2015. We try to load, but they all failed.

The company I work for recently updated all computers, wiping out the 'old' for re - use.
During the transition period, 12 elements Adobe has not transferred to the new computer.
The new computer doesn't have a CD drive to reinstall Adobe 12 elements, and the program provided with serial numbers are not what allows us to re - install the program online, because they are not valid today.
After calling the customer support line (800-833-6687) I was unable to talk to a person and to explain the situation, he has only automated computer options.
There is an option to chat with a representative of adobe online. However, trying to take this road through the adobe Web site don't did me not an option to discuss with someone, but rather points me to answers for typical problems.

All I wanted to do was save my trial version of Photoshop, and I think that I just paid $9.99 for some BS Clould creative. How to do what I wanted vs pay for something that I didn't? It is impossible to talk to or e-mail to a human being. I just want to have my work in photoshop again like in the demo. Thank you
Photoshop is part of the collection of product called creative cloud. If you pay $9.99 a month, you have the Creative cloud photography Plan, which lets you run Photoshop and Lightroom until you stop paying. So, you could have what you need - check your receipt.
Despite the 'cloud' in the name, the apps run locally.
