I want to talk to a human being and stop my subscription!

I keep going in circles on this site and I am sick and tired of him.  Why can't I make a phone call or anything just CANCEL my subscription?  Last month, I was charged twice for my monthly subscription, in an hour or two of each transaction.  Then this month, I don't have the funds to cover my costs, even though I shouldn't have charged until December (or so I thought with two counts and all... silly me.)   I went in circles month last for hours until they finally give up to contact someone about the double burden.  Now, I'm tired.  Cancel and fix the double charges.   I don't want more with a simple phone call being something that adobe offers to their customers.

The images above show that there were two separate charges to my account, my Adobe account management and the other by my Bank.

Please just cancel my subscription.  I'm done.

You had purchased CC in August 2015, the payments had been missing since September 2015, except a payment 6 October 2015. We try to load, but they all failed.

I increased the question for you, for the cancellation.
