I was put on hold for 2 hours at Creative Cloud account team: How can I actually talk to someone?

It's crazy, and I'm starting to believe that no one will ever actually answer the phone. How can I communicate with the agents of the team account? All transfers me to the people 'Team account' and I end up waiting forever. First time I tried, I hung up after 44 minutes. This time, on that I maintain for 1 hour and 53 minutes. Seriously, it can't be this is bad, I'm in an infinite loop?

Waited for 3 hours and 33 Minutes and then was disconnected. Go figure. Fortunately, someone from the Department reminded today and took me in charge.

    Select the iPod in iTunes (click on its button on the device on the horizontal bar) to show its settings screen in the iTunes window.  The side left (in the sidebar), under settings, click music.  To the right, the settings screen of music from iPod, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.

    NOTE: All of the songs on the iPod that are not in your iTunes library (on the computer) will be lost.

    Check the box to Sync music (if it isn't already).  Below, choose the option synchronize playlists, artists, albums, and genres.  Below, under playlists, select (check) the playlists you want on the iPod.  You can also select other articles on other lists, as you wish.  Click Apply to sync your selection to iPod.

    If your computer is restarted when the BSOD appears, then you must change the by default for what to do in case of system error. It is easy to do, but takes a lot of mouse clicks to get there:

    Go to the Photoshop preferences, then on the performance tab.

    Here under history and Cache, please click 'Big and flat', restart Photoshop.

    Then try using the quick selection tool and let me know if it helps.

  • Now that I joined creative Cloud is anyway I can get a serial number for Photoshop?

    I've just been on the phone for technical support and billing of 2 1/2 hours. Last night I was chatting with them for an hour and a half, please help. I'm on a date limit (as everyone here, I'm sure).

    I have a plug-in which requires Photoshop has a serial number registered so he could start.

    That my new copy of Photoshop is enabled on the cloud - this plugin (SiteGrinder) don't see it as a registered copy.

    Billing has been able to provide me with the serial number which is linked to my account, but no one can tell me how to enter this serial number for Photoshop now.

    We tried to clear my temp folder, who brought back the window 'continue the trial or licensed software', but once I'm registered there is no opportunity to enter my serial number. This was done following the instructions of tech support reps. I think I maybe clicked must continue the trial to bring this opportunity to enter a serial number. I do not know.

    The last person I spoke to was very difficult to understand and spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was doing, but actually, I don't think he really understood my problem.

    Curiously, the person that I spoke in the Department of billing immediately understood my problem and after that put me on hold told me there was a work around.

    I have a serial number there must be a way to get in, right?

    Thanks again. Seems that an update to the latest version fixed. I feel a bit stupid. They had no ducumentation to this effect on their site, and I was not having any problem with SG in PS CS4 then my panic and run ahead of my common sense a little. From SG 3.5.4 seems it's a non-issue. What is the closing of one of these discussions, tag if there is?

    Others know a silly nightmare, wanting to register 3 computers for creative cloud? I signed up for TWO subscriptions.  Talked to supporton the phone to do so.  EU all registered on my Adobe ID... and have been charged for the second month now.

    I just realized that I could not use Photoshop on my laptop, because I've "exceeded my limit" reigstered devices.  On the PHONE with care, obviously in India, I spun my wheels and stayed a quantity excessive fo, try to understand how to do to solve the problem with the agent we could not yet understand how to FIND my two serial numbers on computers, to determine which computer has been saved with the computer on which.

    After more than an hour ago and its leader consultation officer, he comes back on the line and told me that I can't record two subscriptions on an Adobe ID and email!

    Then I insist to talk with the Director.  He tells me the same thing.  I said why they even ACCEPTED my two subscriptions on my ONE Adobe ID and email?  When I go on MY ADOBE account, it shows clearly the two orders and two... and on my singel Adobe ID and e-mail subscriptions.

    This is clearly ridiculous.

    The Manager now asked me for 48 hours, so that he can "discover gave me misinformation and when."  I told her that this is their internal problem.  I could care WHO and WHEN.  IM only on this problem being solved and as quickly as possible.  I also emphasise a refudn of two months charged for a second subscription that was fraudulently accepted.

    Everyone knows that story, eager to register for 3 computers (or more)?  What has been your coutcome?

    Adobe should fix this problem.

    I was wondering why you didn't take the creative cloud for route of teams, rather than going out two subscriptions.  But don't you the Application Manager installed on each machine?  If so, which should show who is logged on each computer.  It seems that the same user is signed with three computers, in which cases of disconnection of one with your installed applications on and sign again using the other subscription ID.

    If this is a problem, uninstall the Application of the third machine Manager and log on to the site Adobe CC with the new ID and start from scratch.

    But surely it would be preferable to deal with the mess you are in and exchange your two subscriptions for a 'underwriting team.   Go ask in the Forum of deparquement cloud and make clear in the window object of thread that you need help from a member of Adobe staff.  We frequently see personal step Adobe on these forums, to solve complex problems.

    Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall Windows Desktop Search

    The uncdms.dll file is installed on your PC when you download the Windows Desktop Search application. Problems with this application's files can cause a missing uncdms.dll of error appears on your system.

    To uninstall the Windows Desktop Search from your computer, you must complete the following two tasks:

    Step 1: Remove Windows Desktop Search from the boot sequence
