  You don't need anything special, but the JAVA virtual machine that you are using must be supported encoding that your choice (except if you go with a flavour of unicode as UTF-8 support including the JAVA virtual machine). The rest of the i18n stuff as date ResourceBundles messages, currency formats are used in your code anyway.

  You must encrypt the drive with FileVault first. Then just delete. Apple now uses SSDS in most of their machines and these drives don't support secure erase.

  I remember reading somewhere on the Apple site in recent years on some models of Chinese iPhone with this capability. No other iPhones display this and there is no way to enable it. I can't find the article which includes this information.

  You must contact the developer application or its support page to see if the app is supported in iOS 10.x. It is possible that the application must be updated for iOS 10.x, and they have not yet done.

So I called the number that pops up on the screen and got connected to a CodeDefend tech, who has access to my computer to fix my problem, which of course, I had to pay (hoping that I was not scammed). He scanned my computer and found precarious foreign addresses then it downloaded and run both Ccleaner and Malwarebytes and now my computer seems to work very well. I also downloaded the latest version of the system OS Sierra software to improve the overall performance of my system. I tried to do a search on Google of CodeDefend and could not find information or comments about their services. Has anyone here used CodeDefend before, and they are safe to use?
