  You don't say what operating system you are using.

  But, assuming you're on Windows 10, once you have updated your graphics card drivers, make sure your Folder Options and select Show hidden files, and then navigate to C:/ProgramData/Adobe/Premiere elements/10.0 and delete the BadDriver.txt file.

  CC of Lightroom and Photoshop CC are included in the subscription 'Special photographers' creative cloud for $10 per month.  There is no "special video" nothing is included in a special issue.  You can add any unique application for another $20 a month, or you can subscribe to a $50 per month for each of them.

  Elements of Prime and Photoshop Elements are both similar to the "CC" or "professional" versions, they are also very different programs.  For example, video projects made in elements of Prime Minister cannot be opened in Prime CC.  They are both marketed by selling you a license to use, not a subscription.  You can usually get the best price in the days before and after Thanksgiving.

  My personal choice is to use the package special photographers to access Lightroom and Photoshop while buying a license for the elements of the Prime Minister for my video editing.  I would prefer to have access to the first CC but, the cost is not justifiable as an amateur about doing a short project each month.  My investment of Thanksgiving sometimes yearly, in elements of Prime Minister is usually around $40.  I never got everything I want to do with the video in need of more expensive software.

  You now have a new camera, the Canon PowerShot G15. This camera records with AVCHD (MPEG AVC/h.264) video compression and has a .mov file extension. It seems to offer 1920 x 1080 at 24 progressive frames per second and 1280 x 720 at 30 progressive frames per second. What are you using it to record from this camera? You should do very well with this video, as long as you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements. If necessary, we can review the following project settings.

  If I'm correct till now, what do you do with the MotionJPEG.avi that you kept? What is the format for them, that is, they are 720 x 576 16:9 or something else? With the above information, I'll be able to give you a good answer.

  I have Adobe Premiere Elements ganz neu, kenne mich noch nicht gut damit aus especially dementsprechend. Jetzt habe ich einen ca 5-minütigen Film standing und diesen nun speichern möchte. Habe're jetzt schon mit den single tried Optionen der Film lasst sich einfach nicht speichern, kommt immer dieselbe Fehlermeldung: "Fehler beim create movies. Unbekannter Fehler. ».

  Film der ist ein Geschenk und ich IHN unbedingt bis Sonntag (9.08.15) thankyou!

  ICH möchte like IHN so, dass man also auf dem speichern oder zur computer not auf dem iPad Mini playing kann. ICH ware thankful so, wenn mir helfen konnte, dieses problem zu losen lastige someone. ICH kenne mich mit computers nicht sehr gut aus, deswegen ware eine möglichst verstandliche explanation gut . Schön evil vielen Dank im Voraus!

  Elements is not related to the subscription of cloud.

  You can use items on both computers.

  If you want to install it on a third you must disable it on the other.

  If you have already downloaded the tryout of first 13 items, you can go to the Adobe online store and buy a serial number for 13 Windows. After that you are given the number of series, you open the first of 13 elements tryout on your computer and then select buy (license of this product) in the tryout dialog box that says buy (license of this product) or continue Tryout.   I downloaded Adobe Premier elements 13 a few days ago and every time I opened the first I got error message saying "Adobe Premiere Elements.exe - no disc - there no disc in the drive. Please insert a disc into the drive\Device\Harddisk5\DR5.   This message disappears if I press continues enough times, but it's annoying. I'm new to elements, but it seems to work OK. How to solve this problem.

  It is a known issue with the elements 13/13.1 first. The Adobe solution is to remove or disable the OldFilm.AEX file.

  In Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64-bit, the path to this file is

  Local disk C

  Program Files

  Adobe Premiere Elements 13

  Plug-ins

  Commune

  NewBlue

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable renaming specifically to OldFilmAEXOLD.

  Add on... have you updated 13 to 13.1 still using Help Menu/updates to date of an open project? On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements running? In my response, I assumed Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64-bit.

• Where do you find Adobe Premiere elements 13.1?

  I spent the good part of the day trying to get help from Adobe to get the version 13.1 and so far, no one has helped.  Then I'll try the forums.  I bought Adobe Premiere elements 13 and installed.  Current version seems to be "13.0 (20140903.daily.717136) Education Version".  By clicking Help > update product "your applications are all up to date as verified less than a minute ago".  By the following entry of the forum, it was suggested that the question to my problem (no sound for the MTS files) is solved in the version 13.1.

  The big questions I have are:

  1. Is first items 13.1 a real update... and it's actually available?
  2. If so, where on earth I download it and install it?

  Elements of 13 (64-bit): no sound on video .mts - works in 11 elements

  I solved my problem.  I'm not sure what action set exactly, but it was one of the following.

  • 13 items first uninstalled & reinstalled
  • Installed Photoshop elements 13 (originally not a not install it while Premiere Elements has been all I wanted)
  • Network firewall disabled
