iCloud backup does not not on my Ipad

Need help trying to figure out why my IPad is not backup to iCloud.

When I go to iCloud under settings, I click on IC then backup.

Turn on backup on and see the blue line stuck at the beginning.

When I press on cancel the backup it will not cancel, so I do it manually.

I also did a reset network... Still nothing. My iPhone backup works fine.

Any ideas?

THx

An option - with the help of a computer, connect you to the Sys Prefs - iCloud on a Mac console or iCloud on Windoze and delete the file from backup iPad

Then try to save again

Be careful and remove the file of the iPad and not the iPhone one

I understand (maybe I am wrong, and someone can correct me, if any) that an iCloud or iTunes backup saves your e-mail settings, but not the e-mail messages themselves. You should be able to download the real mails of your server. Try:

Settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > fetch new data > (and the setting of recovery for the specific e-mail account)

• iTunes does not recognize my iPad

I was syncing my iPad to iTunes for several years with no problems. When I tried to sync this morning, iTunes does not recognize my iPad, regardless of what I'm trying. My backup and applications are still there, but they just don't connect. I'm running an iPad2, iOS 9.3.1. I have authorized an update of iTunes in the last week or two, but I don't know which is linked. Current ITunes is 12.3.3.17, installed on a PC with Windows 10. The device icon does not appear in the menu bar iTunes header.

I tried:

Restart both iPad and PC, without any help.

Uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes without help.

I would like suggestions. Thank you very much.

• iCloud backups may not appear when restoring

We run into this more. When we need to move a user to a new device, we make a backup on the previous device. The backup is displayed successfully and gives a date and time stamp. When we try to do the restore on the new device, the backup does not appear. If both devices are running in different IOS and cannot restore, before the last backup occur, but may be grayed out. You could set up as a new iPhone or iPad, do the upgrade, reset it and then do the restore using the last backup. Now, if an old backup has been performed, who shows up, but it is not yet. When we are moving users to a new device, it is always iPad iPad or iPhone to iPhone. Please help explain why this is happening and how to solve it. Thank you.

Suddenly icloud calendar does not load on my Lenovo PC. Has worked for months; iCloud contacts and photos both continue to operate. Any suggestions?

Hi scschwind,

I understand that you are having problems with your iCloud calendar on your Windows computer. Here is an article for you that will help you solve this problem:

Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Outlook)

After each step, check to see if the problem persists.

Check the system requirements

Make sure that your PC meets the system iCloud.

Check your Internet connection

1. Try to go to www.apple.com. If you are unable to connect to the Internet, your iCloud calendars and events does not update in Outlook. Get help with your Internet connection.
2. Try to open a secure Web site to your PC to see if you can access the ports 80 and 443. If the site does not open, you do not have access. Contact your ISP for help. Safari requires access to port 443 to push updates between iCloud and your devices.

Check your settings

ICloud opened for Windows and make sure that you are connected to the same iCloud account that you use on your other supported devices.

Update Outlook

If you have recently made changes in Outlook that are not updated on your other devices (or vice versa), click the Refresh button on Outlook.

Turn off iCloud calendar and turn it back on

1. Close Outlook.
2. ICloud opened for Windows.
3. Uncheck the Mail, Contacts, calendars, & tasks and click on apply.
4. Wait a few seconds. Select Mail, Contacts, calendars, & tasks and click on apply.
5. Open Outlook.

Make sure that the Outlook Add-in iCloud is enabled in Outlook

In Outlook 2010 and later:

1. Click on the file menu.
2. Click Options in the left panel.
3. Click on add-ins in the left panel of the window Options in Outlook.
4. Look at the list of add-ins in the section Active Application Add-Ins.
5. Select the Outlook Add-in iCloud.

In Outlook 2007:

1. On the Tools menu, select Management Center.
2. Select Add-ins in the left column.
3. Look at the list of add-ins in the section Active Application Add-Ins.
4. Select the Outlook Add-in iCloud.

Make sure that iCloud is not your default account in Outlook

• In Outlook 2010 and later, select file > Info > Account Settings > data files. If iCloud is listed as default account in the comments column, select another account and click on set as default.
• In Outlook 2007, select file > data file management > data files. If iCloud is listed as default account in the comments column, select another account and click on set as default.

Restart your computer

After you restart your computer, see if you solved the problem.

Find your calendar in Microsoft Outlook

Learn how to manage Add-ins with Microsoft Outlook.

1. Make sure that the calendar is enabled in iCloud for Windows.
2. Locate your data in the iCloud folder in Outlook. You can also view your data in deleted items in your Outlook folder list.

If you find your calendar data in the deleted items folder, it is not because iCloud deleted your data. When you turn on Mail, Contacts, calendars, & tasks in iCloud for Windows, iCloud copy your calendar for the default Outlook .pst file data in iCloud. Then iCloud removes the calendar of the .pst file data by placing it in the folder deleted in Outlook items. Calendar data then moves to the iCloud data set in Outlook so that iCloud can push data to and from Outlook.

• Backup does not recognize the previous backup CD

When you click on backup:

1. backup does not recognize the last backup cd. The only beginning of path to create a shadow copy backup is to insert a blank disc. How can I fix it?

2 ive run backup from one day to the next day while he created a cliché. In the morning, it is only 1/5 complete suggesting that it is not working properly. I canceled the backup. How can I fix it?

3. If I try to do another backup he asks the cd of your previous (cancelled backup) despite the fact that it was cancelled and the cds do not exist. How to reset to ask these latest records backup?

Since then, I have downloaded all windows updates but the problem persis

Thank you, Kel

You mean by cliché, creation of backup image, right? Shadow copy volume is not Windows Backup.

If you canceled the backup Windows is trying to finish the last backup. It's normal.

All over again, trying to backup in a different medium, an external HARD drive.

At first is a stop at the backup in progress"

1. Restart the computer
2. Run as administrator command prompt and run this: wbadmin stop job
3. Typing sdclt.exe in command prompt and click on change settings
4. Connect your external HARD drive or DVD
5. If changing the settings is not available, then click on set up automatic file backup
I hope that it will work. Please let me know the results to help others.

Kind regards

• CSM - Backup does not

I would like to know why my backup does not run at the scheduled time.

If I chose to run 'immediately' it works without problems and a folder called '0' is created in the D:\Backup_CSM.

Scheduled backup does not run and I don't see any info in the newspapers and I get no emails!

How to debug?

See the images.

https://DL.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1538524/Backup2.PNG

Hello

What version of CSM are you running?

I ran into a similar problem with CSM 4.4 where the problem is the backup process would get an empty space ahead of time and then not run.

A fix for this problem was published in MCS and MCS 4.5 4.4SP1.

If you run CSM 4.4 a workaround would be to schedule the backup between 10:00 & 11:59 or 22:00 and 23:59.

Bug is available in the Toolbox with the No. CSCug45741 bug bug

• System Administration > operations > scheduled backups does not appear in ACS 5.0.0.21

Hello!

I want to do the backup schedule. According to the user's guide:

You can create a backup scheduled for the primary instance. To create, reproduce or modify a regular
backup:
Step 1 Choose System Administration > operations > at the request of the backups.

But the Administration of the system > operations > scheduled backups does not appear in ACS 5.0.0.21.

How can I save?

Hi Alexander,.

Could you please confirm which link you found these instructions?

It seems that these are the instructions of the ACS 5.1 user's guide, but we do not have a similar option on ACS 5.0.

Kind regards

• ePrint 7510 does not recognize my iPad when you try to scan from printer iPad.

The printer and the iPad are connected to the same wireless system. The iPad will print successfully to the 7510 on the wireless system, as well as by e-mail via the website of HP. The printer recognizes and list the computer from apple that was loaded with the drivers that came with the printer for analysis and sends the information scanned to this computer. Because the printer does not recognize my iPad, I tried to load the drivers on the iPad to the HP site. I received an error message saying safari can't down load the drivers.
