  You can tap and hold the widget and drag that to the trash can at the bottom of your screen. Alternatively, you can move them to the other screens. If you delete one and wants to come down then push on the open part of the screen and a menu will appear with the widgets as a choice and then you can add back or other.

  Hello l.j.claessen, please perform the following steps - they must remove the remaining bits of Babylon:

  • Go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information > profile folder - "view folder", then a new window will open. in this window look out for a file named user.js, delete or rename this file and restart firefox afterwards. This will get rid of the file which is crushing your custom setting homepage.
  • install the addon from reset serach, he'll be back a few other settings that got changed by Babylon default ones: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/

• I want the user to click on a link on the home page that opens to another page with the corresponding ToolTip target openedon this page. How can I go about it?

  I tried to place an anchor in the target area and linked the link to the homepage on the anchor link and it did not work. Tried to tweak the name of the link: services / #managedservices and got a page fault.

  I want visitors to be able to click on a link 'service' on the home page and to open service page with the target already open for this service. Any suggestions? I'm open to sending screenshots and link to view.

  You should have no problem link to an anchor on another page. Simply select the anchor point in the menu for hyperlinks. In the case, it may not work are if the anchor is in a tab or a sign of accordion or other gadget.

  New to DW CS4 and I redo our clubs to hidefcam.net homepage. Create a template and have built my pages of it.  I would like to show the flash movie and the paragraph which is directly on the home page, but not on the rest of the site as it takes too much real estate.  Are there programs that I can do to make this happen?  My alternative is to lower the animation to the editable area, as seen in the hidefcam.net/test1/index.html

  No, it is not possible. An extension of shortcut can provide navigation to another position in the view, and a popup is not an extension.

  Homepage shortcuts are supposed to be points of entry to the "applications" or important sites in applications.

  Assuming you have the linked logo image and the Home (in a widget menu) button on a master page:

  Create a copy of the master page that do not have the image of the linked logo and apply it to the home page.

  Regarding your second question, I believe you have a 'All the Pages' menu in your master page for the link (hyperlink to is not editable) home; in this case, you can create a menu the same manual with no hyperlink on the Home tab and put it in the copy of the master page that you create and apply to the home page.

  I have a question about loading a file mp3 in flash. mp3 is loading and playing very well, but if I click on a button to access a new framework and then click another button to return to the home page, a new copy of the audio clip even is loaded on one that is already running, causing two audio files to play at the same time. • When you open an external link, a new window opens and displays the home page

  Updated to the latest version (36.0 Linux) and now whenever I open a link from an external application to be steam E-mail IRC or any other source, instead of the page is displayed a new window will open and then load the home page.   I found this in the bug tracker.

  Apparently it seems to be a problem with an old hack in XFCE or desktop environments possible on X in general, which is no longer supported in Firefox 36. A solution fast until they solve this problem, is to open a new terminal and enter:

  sudo gedit /usr/share/xfce4/helpers/firefox.desktop
  (replace gedit by any other text editor you use)
  .. .and change the last two lines:
  X-XFCE-orders = %B - distance "openURL (about: Virgin, new window)"; %B;
  X-XFCE-CommandsWithParameter = %B - remote "openURL (%s)"; %B %s;
  to read:
  X-XFCE-orders = %B;
  X-XFCE-CommandsWithParameter = B %%s;
  then save the document, of course.

  This solves the problem for me immediately.
