• Hotmail jump to another page in unexpected ways (firefox only, not msie)

  It is a strange problem. I always use Firefox, but of course still have MSIE on my system. Today, 3 seconds after that I connect to my hotmail account, the screen immediately turns to espn.go.com without warning me (no mouse clicks or me movement.) Thought this might be a problem of hotmail (as it has been hacked), but I don't this experience with MSIE, Firefox just. I ran a couple of deep cleaning virus/malware utilities, then restarted and tried again. The same problem. It's a Firefox hack? Someone at - it a preview? I use Firefox 8.0.1 and have not upgraded (don't want to really... really want to go backwards so that some add ons work.)

  Matt_G and others: I got an email from Microsoft/Hotmail response today. They say they have solved the problem and that the details of the fix are displayed on a Web site. (I guess I can UN-Blocksite espn now... have not been able to go to espn at all in my browser since.) Here is what they sent me:

  Are you spotted with temporary files?  In Edition > Preferences > Preview in browser.

• On one jump page always go to another page.

  I have a problem that began a few months ago. There is a page I go to: http://www.tbn.org/watch-us that when you use Fireflox only it always redirects and evokes another page on the same view of domain: http://www.tbn.org/search/.

  Try this: Firefox button > Options > Options (or tools > Options) > advanced > general, uncheck 'warn me when Web sites try to redirect or reload the page'

  When using some web sites have several pages Firefox goes from page I am on another page in the history, when I click on any button of the original page.
  Like Expedia.com , I learned from the information on the flights, then when I clicked the button on this page from flight to hotel information firefox jumped back a page to request flight information page.
  On a game like bet365.com site if I'm on a page by looking at the sides for a special sportsman work and click the button on this page to place a bet that Firefox jumps to the last page of the story.
  That happen all the time and some sites are worse than others, like bet365.com. Sometimes I feel as if the pages are jumpting in all directions... Although they are not of course.

  Hello... I see the post above that great minds think alike. As suggested cor - el, I saw a suggestion elsewhere that people have had problems similar to mine which proved to be caused by an optical mouse. So, I swapped the mouse and wonder of wonders, it worked. All back to normal.
  Thanks a lot for your help, cor - el, is not only my problem is solved, but I have the advantage aside to have erased my machine of loads of other potentially dangerous junk.

  I have a slideshow of images from which a user must select a (for example, the image that is featured in a lightbox after successively the thumbnail) and then go to another page for more details on this image, with the same image again, and where I want to incorporate some html to provide more options based on the selected image.   Creating a hyperlink from the text of the legend should work. Try the preview: file/preview in the browser to test Site.

  (I tested it using Preview and file/Preview Site in the browser and it made a link to the page that I've assigned)

  I am using a widget with tabs on one of my web pages and succeeded (finally) set the colors of the tab and the colors of text for various States, just as I wish they were. I want to use the same design on an Accordion widget on another page, but it seems I have to yet again from the beginning. Is there a way to record the pattern of color/text/States and apply it to another widget (or button or other)?

  One of reasons for irritation, is that "selection of text image" with the dotted line through the text where I can edit the States is very difficult to isolate.

  I can get it with the widget by tabs, but in the Accordion widget, it jumps still from 'container' with States to "text frame" without being identified, States the text without editing herself. Capisch? Hard to explain.

  OK, there are a few issues that should be mentioned here.

  Lets start with the dotted in the text line. The sole purpose of this line is to indicate where the bottom of your text frame should be. If you insert text that is larger than your block of text, it is a defiler Visual of how the text box developed to adapt to the larget text. There is no association with the States I know.

  Then, it seems that you have found and are to understand how to use the States Panel. It can be difficult. There are two other Siparium, you need to know about: Panel The graphic Styles and character Styles Panel. These will allow you to save the graphic configurations or textual configurations to be applied to other things later. In addition, when you change one of these styles, it will automatically update everything that uses the style. If you do not see these panels, use the menu command "window > Graphic Styles ' or 'character Styles.

  And finally, the Accordion widget as well as some other widgets are slightly different in that the buttons they use are just a block of text, rather than a Rectangle with a block of text above them. Directly edit the text block is fine. You should be able to apply effects to a block of text that you would be in a position of a Rectangle. They also have the same States, you can find help from the States Panel (window > States).

  But it does not work as APEX has its own system of Forms control. Is it possible to play? I tried to delete #FORM # of page templates and it works fine then. The problem is that I have other forms on the page as well (login form + search form) so I can't remove this manipulation of shape native APEX. Is it possible to play with it?
