I clicked on the 'forgotten password' - button to answer my question "safety", but an error message came up, so I could not enter my security answer.

  At home, I tried to restore the operating system with the BB software / link, in the first instance, the restore procedure seems to work, but in the new configuration of the phone, the system immediately requested my old BB-id I already deleted.
