  Acrobat 9 is quite old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 has Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.

  You have not indicated what software it is, but if it's something to do with the Creative Cloud software there is no 32 available bits.  All CC programs require 64-bit systems.

  OK, I spent about 2 hours on the phone with the support guys Muse and here's what finally worked...

  When the second screen, enter ftp, your domain.com NOT www.yourdomain.com

  then put the name of next folder as usual.

  Why it works that way...? who knows... but it works.

  I would like to know how you do them.

  I wanted to download Facebook messenger for my office, but it won't work.   Hi, have you tried to download files / application to another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? Maybe the problem is with Internet Explorer. Let us know the result.

  After looking at your images, it seems that what you thought was a flattened file is not actually flat. Hard to tell because of the Save as dialog box

  covering the major part of the layers panel, but it seems that there is always a layer above the background layer.

  In addition, when you see the warning triangle sign in the Save dialog box slot, its an indicator that shows you what is in the question why something

  is saved "as a copy. In your case, there is a triangle next to "Layers".

  Rush 16-bit, without layers and not Extra channels and you should be good to go.
